2 Month Programme
This personalised programme includes:
1 x 120min foundation session
3 x 60min sessions
Email support in-between sessions
Access to Coaching resources
This programme will help you get clarity around what you want, what is currently stopping you, and what you need to overcome those barriers. We will work towards identifying an action plan that gives you the confidence to move forward as well as some accountability to keep you motivated. It is suitable for anyone getting started on their journey to change.
